Hello dear ALL :-)
I have issues when switchng from my favorite Intellij IDEA IDE to browser window. The problem is that the browser gets stuck for 10-15 seconds (in the best case scenario). It happens both on Chromium & Firefox. I didn't have such issues with XFCE and it doesn't happen with the unholy Eclipse. I use Oracle 1.7 JVM (so it's not related to Intellij issues with OpenJDK). It's a shame, because I wanted to use KDE for a long period of time, and when I got the computer that is powerfull enough to hadle it, now I can't work :-( I really don't wont to switch to another DE or distro (definitely not to disgusting Unity).
UPD OK, I figured that the problem root was on window rule. I used it to disable all global shortcuts (because IDEA has lots of conflicts with it). So why do the window rules act like this?
