Bring back the yellow light bulb icon

When I installed Kubuntu 12.04, sometimes appeared a yellow light bulb icon in the system tray (Update Information - KDE Daemon), but when I clicked on it appeared a large black strip across the centre of my screen. So, I did right click on the icon and selected "Don't show again" (or wharever). But now, doing some testing in a Virtual Machine with Kubuntu I noticed that the black strip bug has been solved, and that icon appeared when I updated flashplugin-installer (always fails updating it with Muon), and clicking on it appears a Window that allows you to correctly update Flash Player.

So, I want to bring back that icon but I don't know how. Anyone knows?

    Thanks!
