Just updated and got the new Nvidia driver (304.43) installed. Graphics work fine, but when I start up it turns my second monitor (a TV) on by default even if its not on. This is really annoying because I loose my pointer over there and some wndows open on the second monitor. Is there anyway to set it so that by defaul the second monitor is off?

@ hear on Intel graphics this has always been the default behaviour , if my second monitor is plugged in, whether it's on or off it will get configured at boot.
Which by default is setup as clone of the laptop and sets the laptop at a low resolution so I always boot with it unplugged and only plug it in when I need it .
if you find a way to default it to not configure a second monitor even if plugged in at boot please post the way
