Open with file manager option opens the drive with Kdenlive instead

I am not sure when exactly this happened. I am guessing sometime after installing Kdenlive video editor.
When i attache an outside storage drive to USB (USB key, Sony camera) a message pops up asking me what to do with the new drive. One of the offers is to open it with file manager. When i click on that option instead of opening dolphin it open Kdenlive and lettign me knwo that the file is not a project.

first of it's not one file that should be opened but drive/media and secondly it is supposed to open Dolphin not Kdenlive.

does anyone know how to fix this?

Not at my linux box right now, but usually you want to change the properties of the device. Try opening dolphin, plugging in the device, navigate to /media with dolphin, right-clicking on the device folder, select properties, then the wrench or tool icon and move kdenlive down the list.
