    Ubuntu servers down?

I get this error when I upgrade today? Are those servers down atm?

Anyone else had this issue? Would it be safe to upgrade anyway?

    Two things:

Update the package list first, then try again.

If that doesn't work, try another server.

I get this sort of error if I have not updated my package lists.

I was getting something similar the other day, and I just changed the Server. Here: Muon > Settings > Configure Software Sources > Kubuntu Software > Download from:
      and selected another server.

When I attempted to access my UbuntuOne files yesterday (or was it Friday?) I was told the Ubuntu servers were offline for maintenance.

I should have said I did a repo update first, but only posted the error output.

Thanks, will have a try at that.

Ok, what I (kind of) hoped for, both my boxes have the same behaviour so I guess it's not a local box issue.
