Firefox 14.0.1 Layout Wikpedia messed up

Reinstalling the package "ttf-dejavu-core" solved the problem.

Ah, so it probably was a damaged font. I was just writing an answer, but your post crossed mine. After what you wrote in your last post I thought it looked like a problem with Firefox, or like a problem with installed fonts. Just made a little test, but that isn't needed anymore. Glad it's solved!

Excellent! I had exactly the same problem with my 12.04 install from DVD.
