Vinny, i'm using master KDE(workspace, etc), which contains the fix. I've tested actions with mouse wheel on titlebar (aurorae decorations) and it's working. Try build kde-workspace again, according to previous instructions, but instead those wget's use:
      Code:
       apt-get source kde-workspace

how about the "git clone git://anongit.kde.org/kde-workspace" I did earlier .......would that do or should I scrap that folder and use the

        apt-get source kde-workspace?

ok ........I just did the build again with the "apt-get source kde-workspace" and still a no go on title bar mouse wheel events.
the kde-workspace came in through kubuntu-backports and I added the kde-workspace-a.diff as described before .

guess I'll be waiting for your upload

              I've uploaded package here:
              https://launchpad.net/~schumski/+archive/kfn
Note that i also uploaded kdepim, for trying to fix Snowhog's problem:

You only need to upgrade kde-window-manager-common, and some few other packages that it pulls, no need to do full dist-upgrade, and you can disable PPA afterwards.

guess I'll go a head and do a sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade to pull in the rest of it .....mite as well yes/no ?
