Hey guys,
Last night, while I was trying to set phonon to set audio through HDMI for my TV, I got an error "kubuntu crashed". Everything was looking fine, so I didn't pay attention. Now, phonon is out of order. Does't respond to any possible selection for audio set up, neither corresponds to specific set up. I disconnected the TV, rebooted and upgrade, update and I ended up having no sound at my video ( without TV connected ) while chrome and amarok got. When I connect my TV, I have no sound at all, all around, with any possible combination. Every time I was trying a new selection, I was re-logging, even rebooting. Nothing at all.
My set up is AMD 1100TT, crossfirex 5760 Radeon HD x 2, GigaByte 990. Kubuntu 12.04 updated with graphics working.
Any advices before I through it out of the window, after I hammer it?
