mozilla apps (Firefox/Thunderbird) - lost file associations - how to fix ?

Hi.

For some reason all the mozilla apps (Firefox and Thunderbird) seems to have lost all file associations.

i.e when I save a file in firefox and select - 'Open containing Folder' i get the Launch Application asking me to choose an application (instead of loading the dolphin file manager)

The same goes for selecting a .pdf file...

Does anyone know how to restore all associations?
