    Help Tweaking Rekonq

    I would love to use this browser as my primary default (secondary being for videos only), but there are a couple of small things that I would like to change.

    1. I am a big fan of the bookmark toolbar, but unfortunately some websites in rekonq will display the default icon (a blue ball on white paper) instead of their own. Is it possible to help rekonq get support for website icons?

    2. I use "icon only" task-manger, and rekonq replaces its icon with that of the website your viewing (for example Yahoo will show "Y!"). This is an awesome behavior, but problem #1 comes back into play. Some websites don't seem to be supported by rekonq such as "0 A.D.", but are supported in Firefox, Chromium, and Chrome. In the event their is not a reasonable fix to problem 1, is there a way to just show Rekonq icon only in the "icon-only" task-manager?

    Below is a screenshot to help explain my points:
    Red = Problem 1
    Blue = Problem 2
    Might have to zoom in (photobucket keeps resizing screeshot to medium)

    Check Wrench | Configure Rekonq | Advanced. Ensure that Use favicon of the current website as window icon is not selected. Now, Rekonq's task bar icon will be only that of Rekonq.

    Not sure why you're experiencing the issue in #1. It could be a corrupted icon cache. You might try
    Code:
    rm -rfv /var/tmp/kdecache-$USER
    outside of KDE.

      Problem 2 is fixed, but sadly problem 1 still appears. Another website the icon doesn't load is Hulu (in case anyone wants to test it themselves).
