Just though I'd let you know about solving a problem I had. Since yesterday my thunderbird started crashing at startup for no apparent reason ... :-(
I restarted, rebooted, deleted config folder, etc ... but nothing ...
Then I reinstalled new version 12 and it worked ... until this morning, I installed addon Addblock+ which made it crash again ...
I have no idea why this is happening, maybe a bug but don't know.
Anyway, for those of you who have the same problem, in a console, start 'thunderbird -safe-mode' then deactivate addons and restart them by testing.
