    Kopete strange behaviour

    Hi,

    On 11.10 Kopete worked fine.
But after 12.04 installation I have a problem with Kopete through proxy. Kopete doesn't see my proxy server. During initial connection I see "Unknown error" window and no information about this connection on proxy server.
But if I disable proxy and re-enable it Kopete works fine.

    So,
    1. Trying to connect with proxy enabled - no connection with proxy and with login.icq.com
    2. Disable proxy and save settings - no connection, of course.
    3. Re-enable proxy and save settings, trying to connect - all works.

    Any suggestions.

    Thanks,
    Regards

    More exactly.
I checked kopete traffic with wireshark.
    I found following:
    1. During startup with proxy enabled no any traffic from kopete.
    2. If I disable proxy and re-connect (not restart) kopete failed on login.icq.com resolving. It's normal.
    3. If I enable proxy again and re-connect (not restart) all works.

Is it possible to make kopete more verbose?
I looked all kopete switches but find nothing appropriate.

It is my understanding that Kopete is no longer being actively developed...hence the move to Telepathy-KDE
