help unable to post or attach in kubuntu forums

Hi Just joined Kubuntu forums because I have installed 12.04 LTS on my laptop. 10.04 LTS lucid on my desktop.

I am member of ubuntu forum where once I registered I could post in any forum and attach files. Here I cannot post in all the the Kubuntu forums ie general help and cannot attach files to posts

Can anyone help this is driving me nuts compared to ubuntu this is not very user friendly?

      Thanks for quick reply,
Is that limit the forums and prevent attachments then? It's just my first problem post I wanted to attach screen dump to provide extra info

Now that you've reached three posts, you've been promoted into a usergroup that permits uploading attachments.

All your attachments get deleted to make way for new posters!
I'd rather be locked out than locked in.
