Nvidia GT240 1GB problem

Using 64bit cd (not alternate) for install.... it fails after choosing language and code page width weird graphics.
Any hint?
ps: installing alternated cd now...

solved with alternate cd and after installation i use recovery mode to download and enable new nvidia driver
