Accidently Moved Panel, can't move it back

I have been running the Panel forever on the bottom of the desktop. Stupid me cleaned my wireless mouse and when I looked at my desktop afterward, I had a panel on both top and bottom. Continuing my stupid ways, I somehow deleted my bottom panel. Now I can't seem to move my top panel to the bottom.

Help!

Are your widgets unlocked? Another option would be to delete the top panel as well and create a new one on the bottom.

ok... thanks for your reply! But I just figured it out.... I needed to hold down the left mouse button on the Screen Edge button. :-) I will mark it solved!
