Hello System notificaiton helper wants to access some folders but they are not there. I am not sure why or what went wrong.

I uninstalled Kmail (using Muon) immediatelly after install, since i use Thunderbird email on all my computers and never used Kmail. DId that cause the mess? Because Thunderbird outbox is on server (IMAP) access. and it works ok. Any ideas?
Another small issue i have - i moved some icons on desktop (not in desktop folder, but desktop...) and renamed them (for example Firefox web browser to Firefox). Now i get double icons in the menu as well. Any way to turn this off or at least delete the new versions somehow...

Am still strugling with power management. it seems it is half working... this might be more for general Ubuntu forums since it is not Kubuntu particular issue.
All these are minor issues but kind of annoying.
