No networking after wake up from suspension

I have Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile laptop. The suspension was working perfect in Kubuntu 11.10. When I upgrade to 12.04, I get an issue with networking after wake up from suspension. Sometime the networking is working and sometime not. I try to restart network-manager service without result. After I reboot the computer the networking come back again.

These is the output of sudo lspci -k

It appears this is becoming a common problem. I'm thinking it might be worthwhile collecting logs from everyone experiencing it and filing a bug against NetworkManager...

Is it upstream bug or k/ubuntu bug?

I don't know about that. I do know that the number of reports of wireless problems after resume from sleep seems to have skyrocketed, at least here on KFN where I hang out.

I'm having the same issue. The wireless network clags out after a while and then no ssid's are visible in the list despite iwlist scanning showing 32 of them available (in my current location).

Infact network manager is totally unusable. I have to reboot ever couple of hours to get the network back. Is there an alternative? Can I configure wirless using any other method?

Search the forum; you'll find instructions for replacing NetworkManager with Wicd and Wicd-KDE.
