Install Kubuntu on Mainboard asus k8n4-e

Hello Guys,

i have a problem, i have a new mainboard in my server installed, after the reinstallation of kubuntu, they won'T BOOT, to the desktop. And 12.04 i can't install it, became no setup.

Please Help me
