Nvidia dead....again ????

Ive been all over the internet and here ... Ive tried a number of different fixes ......

The most recent update killed my NVIDIA drivers .... I can't get it to work .. .... I have no open GL effects .... can anyone help... It was working just fine This morning

WOW ... I acrually just had to go into software effects "Settings" and restart the open gl rendering.... wow ....
