    Bluetooth, cannot discover anything

I need help to connect my android phone and tablet with bluetooth.
I cannot find any devices. I seem to have a device.

    hcitool dev
    shows a device

    hcitool scan
(and bluedevil-wizard) does not show any devices.

I have looked through dmesg and I can not find any problems with bluetooth.
    dmesg | grep blue
[ 14.235424] toshiba_bluetooth: Detected Toshiba ACPI Bluetooth device - installing RFKill handler
    [ 14.235467] toshiba_bluetooth: Re-enabling Toshiba Bluetooth

I find something interesting in /var/log/syslog
