    Icons "broken" in Plasma Netbook

This first happened in 11.10, and is now repeating in 12.04

In the attached screen shot, you'll see that I have a wine program installed "E-Sword". The icon selected is the goblet of wine, fine with me.

When I move it up to the favorites bar at the top, the icon becomes "broken".

Suggestions on how to fix this? It doesn't have to be the wine icon, at this point I'll take anything over the "broken" icon!

Update (17 Jun 12) The updates last night to 4.8.4 have fixed this.

Instead of clicking on the Attachments icon, click on the Insert Image icon and then From Computer > Choose File > Upload File(s).
