Keyboard not working on login screen after upgrading to 12.04

Hi, I just upgraded to 12.04 and my keyboard no longer works on the login screen.

Pretty much looking for ideas on what to do.

I also can't see the mouse on the monitor that has the login screen on it (not sure if this is intentional). It shows up on my other 2 monitors, but doesn't want to move past the left edge of my primary monitor onto the leftmost one, where the login screen is).

Prior to upgrading I had the login screen disabled, but I overwrote some config file with those settings in it during the upgrade. If anyone knows what the name of that file is that would be really helpful

Edit: Found the file with grep -ir autologin * It's /etc/kde4/kdm/kdmrc if anyone is interested. Everything works fine with autologin enabled
It would be nice to have the login screen working though.

    Hi...

    Welcome to the forums

Is your keyboard and mouse USB? While I'm not thinking your problem is the same, here is a bug report concerning a similar problem.

Yes, my mouse and keyboard are USB (and also from Logitech). That seems very much like my problem, I'll check if repluging the keyboard works next time I reboot.
