    AMD Catalysit 12.2 (64bit)

    Hi

I had Kubuntu 12.4 prerelease working with the amd (ati) catlysit driver, but then did several 12.4 updates. I think the latest kernel I have now is 3.2.18 (Sorry machine not in front of me now). Anyway I can get the login screen up, but as soon as I try to log in I get kicked out and resent back to the login. If I go to console mode and do a startX or init X I get errors. I recall seeing errors about not being able to find libGL (And sure enough I can't find it on my system).

Anyone have any advise on how to get Catalysi working with the latest Kubuntu/Linux 3.2.18 (I tried linux 3.2.17 and it did not work either. Anyone else with Catalyis 12.2 seen this issue ?

    Thanks
    David

Thanks for the reply to my Catalyst issue. I did indeed make a package and it worked. During the install it complained about a few packages not found . I just added them one at a time till they were all resolved. Now working with Catlysit Driver !!!
