Where can I get Pangolin/how can I upgrade?

All information about the alphas for Kubuntu Pangolin are mysteriously missing from the kubuntu news page. I distinctly remember there being a few news entries a month ago, but apparently they've been buried, or wiped out, for some mysterious reason.

Can anyone point me to the wiki page that was set up for it?
