After the update, have you still got the .eclipse directory in your home partition? Do you still have the directory /usr/lib/eclipse/plugins ? And what files are there? -
In directory usr/lib/eclipse/plugins/ there are files about old plugin before the updating.....i try to unistall and reinstall plugins but the problem still!!!!Comment

I would be tempted to re-install eclipse, should then re-install the plugins. Your workspace should be on your home partition so that won't be effected.Comment
