How install Krusader

I newbie in Kubuntu. I install Kubuntu 11.10. Next i want install Krusader.
I type "sudo apt-get install krusader" (or Krusader) and nothing:unable to locate package krusader.

^^ It should exist, did you run

sudo apt-get update

before trying to install it?

Yes, I now try update
next I again type

sudo apt-get install krusader

and again E: Unable to locate package krusader>

How install with source? I download from Sourceforge and unzip: tar -xvf krusader-2.0.0.tar.gz
How compile and install?

It says here that krusader is available for 11.10 in the universe repository. Do you have the universe repo enabled in your /etc/apt/sources?

Also, note that today is a particularly bad day to try to update or install packages, due to the release of *buntu 12.04. Your server might be timing out due to the number of hits it is handling.
