Installing muon ppa

I am having issues with the software center, it crashes upon startup. I found a thread that lead me to a ppa. I opened the terminal and went throught the steps to I guess "prepare" my system for the installation, but that is as far as I can get. I dont konw how to install the ppa onto my computer to fix the software center. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

You should be able to do the following for latest Muon

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:echidnaman/qapt
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Thanks, It was that last command that I was having trouble finding. It is working great now. Appreciate the help.
