The "Work Week" and "Week" buttons are disabled (dimmed) on the toolbar and I can only select "Month View". How do I enable those buttons?

If you have month view selected, day/week view buttons get disabled (for some reason beyond my imagination). Switching to the agenda view first should enable day/week views.
