A message is displayed that operation ended successfully but a disk is not erased. It seems that only forced formatting works. Anybody, found some solution for this?
I found a partial solution. Since I mistakenly downloaded some gnome staff it turned out Brasero is capable to just erase a disk and K3b does so only when a new non multi session is burned.
Edit: of course, there is always a command line alternative
