    unwanted workspace switching

Hello I have changed my laptop from opensuse to lubuntu. I have gotten everything the way I want it except workspace switching. There is an annoying "feature" that I want to turn off. This is when a window is dragged to get it to the side of the workspace the workspace changes. I would like to disable this. I have searched on this forum and on the net but no joy. I have gone over every setting I could find and no joy. I looked in window manager tweaks and didn't find it there. I have looked at workspace settings but it's not there and it should be because there is a setting under behaviour to switch workspaces with the mouse wheel. All setting of one type should be grouped together even if they are in more then one place.

So can anybody tell me where I can turn off this feature of workspace switching when a window is dragged to the edge of the workspace?

    Thank You

    ...lubuntu
Probably typo but there is the Lubuntu: http://www.ubuntu.com/project/about-ubuntu/derivatives -> https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu

With the KDE: System Settings > Workspace Behavior > Screen Edges -> Switch desktop on edge: Disabled/Only When Moving Windows/Always Enabled.
