    Strange warning upgrading software

    Hello,
since a week or so, i get the message that the packages i try to upgrade aren't verified.
apt-key list has the right signature, removing and adding doesn't help either
the source should also be OK, last try it was ppa:kubuntu-ppa/beta
but if i remember correctly it also happens with other sources.
also strange the warning comes after he asked me if he should procede and told me i have override it, what i haven't.
I believe my dns nameserver works properly and launchpad has the right files on it,
so there must be something wrong or missing with apt-get.
Oh and BTW installing works its only this annoying warning i get.
    Any Clues?

Ah and just for the eyes http://pastebin.kubuntu-de.org/347 apt-get update runs before without warnings or errors than this happend it's German but i think you can figure out where i said yes and where the warnings are =)
And sry for my bad English...

    Re: Strange warning upgrading software

I don't think you need to be concerned. You are using the ppa:kubuntu-ppa/beta, and I don't think there is a signing key for it that gets added automatically. You can check Software Sources > Authentication to verify. If there isn't a key for the ppa:kubuntu-ppa/beta repository, you can add it from the console.

See Add PPA Key To Your Apt Keyring if you have to add a GPG Key.

I'm not so concerned, it's strange and annoying =)

Like i said the key is imported correctly

      apt-key list:
      /etc/apt/trusted.gpg
      --------------------
      .
      .
      .

      pub 1024R/8AC93F7A 2009-05-07
      uid Launchpad Kubuntu Updates
      https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/beta

edit: warning also happens installing packages from archive.ubuntu.com
