I've been able to successfully stream my music library to other computers and my Andoid using apps like Rygel, but this isn't quite what I'm looking for. This type of streaming simply makes the music library available and will play a song from the server on the client, but it starts the song from the start. In otherwords, I can have two different songs playing at the same time.
What I'm looking for is something that streams the song on the sever to the client, such that both songs are the same. This way, the song I'm playing upstairs on the server is the exact same song that's playing downstairs on the client. If I hit the next button on the sever, the client also reacts and skips to the next song.
How can I do this?
