Get Hot New Stuff--System Settings problem

KDE 4.7.3 fully up to date.

I decided to look for new Desktop Themes. When I click on Get New Themes... it shows Loading provider information followed by Loading data and then reports Unknown Open Collaboration Service API error. (0)

I don't remember the last time I checked for new Desktop Themes, but it's been within the last week and I didn't have this issue. I tried just logging out of KDM and back into the desktop. Didn't change. Did a full shutdown/reboot. Didn't change.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

Note: Happening with Cursor Theme as well, but not with Splash Screen > Get New Themes...

Note 2: Never mind. Must have been a server side problem (with kde-look.org) as all three are working as supposed to now.

Note 3. Forget the 'never mind'. While the window populates with the themes, clicking on Install for one I want returns the same Unknown Open Collaboration Service API error. (0) error.

Thanks vinny. That pretty much confirms that it's on their end - a server side problem - and not something with Kubuntu/KDE. I can live with that, as it will be remedied soon enough.

I'm getting this error now. Was this a network issue or an issue with Kubuntu?

Re: Get Hot New Stuff--System Settings problem

I was using KDE 4.7.2 and getting this also.
I upgraded to KDE 4.7.3 and no change, it does not work and gives the api error.

                  -EDIT
This is related to the way the pages are currently loading, er not loading for kde-look.org and kde-apps.org... the entire opendesktop.org site structure has problems right now.
