[Solved] Upgrading soprano with PPA?

Trying to find a solution for all my nepomuk error messages I came across this:

I had a look here:

and saw that version 2.7.3 has been released.

I also saw this:

I tried looking for a PPA but could not find one with the latest soprano version.

Does anyone know of one? Or how can I upgrade soprano?

The kubuntu version of shared-desktop-ontologies is 0.7.0. The latest version is 0.8.1

Any PPA for this as well?

Soprano version 2.7.3 is now in the repos.

The ubuntu link still has version 0.7.0

I installed the experimental repo:

deb http://ftp.ch.debian.org/debian experimental main

But couldn't find

shared-desktop-ontologies

in synaptic.

I downloaded the shared-desktop-ontologies_0.8.1-1_all.deb and installed it with the QApt. Right click: "Open with the QApt package installer".

Duh....

Okay, git it. Strange that it doesn't show in synaptic :P

Edit: Trying to install with gdebi gives me:

this will destroy the existing the existing package shared-desktop-ontologies.....

Uninstalling shared-desktop-ontologies 0.7.0 will also remove half of the kde desktop

Any ideas?

edit2: Okay, I found force version in synaptic and did it that way. Now for a reboot

Here, with the QApt, there was the warning: "An older version is available..."

and 2.7.3 may end up in the ppa for testing. Which could make it harder to get kde 4.7.3 in to the official repos, but would end up being better overall assuming that soprano doesn't introduce new bugs again

After using this setup for a few days it seems to be behaving.

At least I don't get any nepomuk notifications with nepomuk turned on.
