For some reason, when I booted Kubuntu 11.10 this morning, Thunderbird came up automatically.
Question 1: How to say what programs will start automatically at boot? I thought there was a setting somewhere to say whether to do this.
Since then, Thunderbird never asks for my mail password and therefore will not receive or send mail. This is true even after stopping Tbird and rebooting.
Question 2: How to get Tbird back on its feet (or wings?)?
Is there a lock file or status somewhere which I should delete?
