I've just installed Kubuntu for the first time and I'm amazed! I'm still working on a few quirks though. When I live booted from USB, I could simply start typing while on the desktop and the "Run Command" dialog would pop up. Now on my proper install the dialog only pops up when I have the cursor on my secondary screen. When I do the same thing whilst on the desktop of my primary monitor, nothing happens (have to press ALT + F2). The feature still exists somewhere on my machine but not where I really want it. I love this feature and I'd really like to get it to work on both screens.
