but...the animation not smoothly nice like the old one kubuntu 11.04..i dont know why...my recurrent hardware are high end like intel i7 2600k 3.4ghz, RAM Corsair vengence 8gb 1866mhz, mainboard Asus P67 Sabertooth, Graphic Card Asus Nvidia GTX560 1280mb DDR5...anybody can help

I prefer clean install. In upgrade process too much things can go wrong.

Anyway, you can try with deleting kwin config file ~/.kde/share/config/kwinrc and then "alt+f2" and type kwin --replace. That way you will be back on kwin defaults. If effects are still not smooth you can try with unchecking "use opengl2 shaders" in SystemSettings>Desktop effects>Advanced tab.

thanks...bro..i'm already do clean reinstall my kubuntu 11.10 and upgrade to KDE4.7.2...and look like smooth better than before....
