    VPN Tunnel

    Hi,
I want to connect with PUTTY to my Desktop PC at work, from my Home Laptop. Obviously the PC is behind a Firewall, so I wanted to set up a VPN Tunnel.
I am very new in Linux, so can somebody tell me how to do, or (if to complicated) say me where to get the information I need.
I asked Google, but when you don´t know exactly what you are looking for, it is very difficult to get an overview.

    Best regards,
    Jan

It's highly likely that this won't work. Corporate firewalls are almost always configured to prohibit unsolicited inbound connections to arbitrary devices on the inside.

Most organizations also have security policies governing such activity. I'd recommend you check with your security or network administration staff. Violating these policies can be a career-limiting move.
