OK this one has me stumped!
My kubuntu desktop can connect (via Sama) to all the computers in my house. Some are Windows, some are Kubuntu.
Before 11.10, there was peace and harmony, as all the computers talked to one another.
After 11.10 on this main desktop of mine, something was switched around!
My wife's windows 7 machine has three folders (and a printer) that was shared.
Now when I'm on my Kubuntu machine, go to Dolphin/Network/Workgroup, I can see her computer name.
However when I click on her computer, the folders that come back up are all the folders that are shared on THIS Kubuntu computer!
I changed the computer name on the wife's computer, and now clicking on the new computer name will bring up the same folders shared on this Kubuntu machine.
From the wife's windows computer, she can access the folders with no problems on the Kubuntu computer.
