Please excuse the double post but I think I put this in the wrong place to start with.
Just downloaded the latest ISO and still I cannot set my DSL connection via the so called panel network management. All I get is "setting network address". I can enter my DSL details now, unlike the previous version, but still this does not appear as an option to connect with. I see all sorts of excuses for this but Kororaa uses the same and connects fine. Even Bodhi using Enlightenment manages this although I have to disconnect eth0 first and then connect to DSL.
There are many potential users of this connection type where I live and Ubuntu is the most favored system after Windows. I'm sure many more would use the KDE version if only they could connect with it.
If anyone can run me through a workaround for this, bearing in mind I can't draw anything from the web, I'll be very grateful.
