I have a LG screen IPS231, when I maximize a window, part of the windows goes behind the edge of screen. And all the letters are a bit blurred
    xrandr:
    VGA1 connected 1920x1080+1680+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 510mm x 290mm
    1920x1080 60.0*+
    1680x1050 60.0
    1280x1024 75.0 60.0
    1152x864 75.0
    1024x768 75.1 60.0
    800x600 75.0 60.3
    640x480 75.0 60.0
    720x400 70.1

I have this screen as secondary, the native resolution should be 1920x1080
    here is my `lspci -v`: http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/859060/
When I disabled the primary screen the resolution was still the same

Is it a problem of my graphic card?

Are there any proprietary drivers available for your Intel graphics card? (Not sure, I have only worked with NVIDIA cards.)
I'd rather be locked out than locked in.
