Well, after many years of Linux, I've been mostly using Ubuntu in the last few years, mainly because of Ubuntu One. But I'm really disliking what Gnome 3/Unity is becoming, so i switched to Kubuntu. I installed 11.10 beta 2 on a virtual machine, and tested a few programs i used often. Only Avidemux didn't work (which also doesn't work on Ubuntu 11.10 beta 2). Everything else worked just fine (including Ubuntu One). So i formatted the drive and installed it. Ubuntu One crashes immediately when i try to start it. I re-formatted the drive and reinstalled Kubuntu 11.10 beta 2 thinking it may have been something wrong during the installation. The same thing happens.
Can anyone give me any tip on this. I don't understand how can it work on the virtual machine and not on the real machine.
Ps: I installed the beta 2 on a virtual machine inside beta 2, and it still works on the virtual machine, and not on the real machine!
