As 4.7.2 isn't due to be released until after Oneiric is, it will be a little bit later for this to make it to the kubuntu updates ppa. I don't think this fix can be added so late in the cycle without a lot of extra work - testing, proposing, etc as Clementine is an unsupported 'universe' package so it's priority is rather low. Now if this manifested itself in other places, perhaps the work could be done.

It is a oxygen style bug, not clementine bug. So if kubuntu devs can backport patch from kde 4.7.2 that would be nice

Anyway, I will install 4.7.2 when it comes out, that's for sure 8)

I know it is an oxygen bug, but if it is only shows up in clementine, they may not have the time to test it out before release, and then get permission to include the change.

But if there is a bug about it made in launchpad, with a link to the report on bugs.kde.org, it may get some looks

4.7.2 is due for a release on October 4th, and Oneiric on October 13th. Still might be too short a window for inclusion, though. (EDIT: just checked, the final freeze for Oneiric is September 29th...so I think that settles it)

The x.x.2 version of KDE SC has gotten into kubuntu October releases before, but those times kubuntu has been released much later in October.
