I was watching some bands play live at wearepostrock dot com and when you first start the video you click on youtube style buttons. I had enlarged the video, as I was watching, I decided to see how smooth the video was when smaller. As the video shrunk down to its original size I noticed something moving behind the browser at the bottom (the translucent taskbar?) so I shrunk the whole page in firefox and lo and behold the video was playing on my desktop! Is this a feature or just a bug? if its a feature of the new ornery cat, I'm loving it! animated backgrounds. Meanwhile the video also continued to play in its original smaller form. When I resized the screen, the video playing on the desktop disappeared.

Re: Weird Flash related bug?
sounds cool!
it could be a bug, though. I had a similar experience with 64-bit flash in 11.04 when I had 32-bit openGL libraries installed with my nvidia driver. Not sure why that happened but reinstalling the driver without the 32-bit libraries fixed the problem. Mine was a little more annoying, though. The video would be permanently "burned" into any window that's open while the video plays.Home: Kubuntu 12.04-amd64; Intel i7-860 on Intel DH55PJ; Nvidia 9500GT; 6GB RAM
