Hi, all.
I am using Kubuntu 11.04 (64-bit) and Chromium 18.0.something. I have trouble getting Java to run.
I've tried this test page from java.com, which seems to confirm that my Java is not running: http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp
Specifically, what I want to run is NemID (a login application used in Denmark). An example of it can be found here: https://ebanking.danskebank.dk/html/...N&secsystem=DI
(When it works, two input fields should appear in the right side of the page.)
I have icedtea-plugin installed. In Chromium under about: plugins, it shows up as: "IcedTea-Web Plugin (using IcedTea-Web 1.2 (1.2-2ubuntu0.11.04.1))". It is not disabled. I have tried checking the "Allow" box (and restarting Chromium), to no apparent effect.
Can anyone help? What might I be missing?
Thanks in advance!
PS: Java also fails in Opera, but it works in Firefox.
