About two month ago, I made a fresh installation of kubuntu 11.04. From the first moment, I had a problem with the screen brightness: When I go in fullscreen mode (for example, with: vlc, dragonplayer, firefox, Virtualbox,...) the screen brightness is forced to the max. When my laptop is in fullscreen, I can change the screen brightness with the function keys but, after I have done, it is automatically set to the max.
Yesterday, I made an update (I believe in the official repos it was introduced kde 4.6.5) and my problem seemed resolved. Unfortunately, Today, I made a new update and this problem returned.
Can you help me, please?

PS: I have an nvidia graphic card (8400M GT) with proprietary driver.
