I have the internet on my cell phone, and I plug it into the notebook during the day to check email and websites that are blocked by the work computer.
I also have Amarok set up to download several podcasts. The intention was to use my home connection for heavy downloading.
I realized this morning that Amarok has been using the cell connection to download everything during the day, and just hit my data cap for the month.
Is there a way to configure Amarok not to use the cell connection for downloading? Using the home connection is preferred.
One note - the cell phone comes up as a "Auto usb0" Wired ethernet, so not quite sure how to single it out.
Also, I only use the cell phone as a modem at work. Maybe some sort of schedule of times Amarok can download?
