This is probably something very simple, but I'm not finding it. When I launch an instance of the Dolphin file manager, I get this-

Note that there is no "File..." menu at the top of the screen. I cannot, therefore, set preferences for Dolphin. I don't mind that it's missing, IF it's obvious how to get it back, but it is not, and that seems simply like a design flaw. Is there something I can do about this?
