Taerget Android device not recognized in Eclipse

With Kubuntu to 11.01 and Evo on Android 2.3, Eclipse doesn't recognize the phone's configuration
in the device manager. Didn't have any issues on 2.2 and wondering if anyone else had solved this problem,

SOLVED Re: Target Android device not recognized in Eclipse

Problem was that update to 11.04 deleted /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules.

Recreate the file followiing the directions here:
