nvidia card problem

    nvidia card problem

    please help , afther installing natty in my new computer my nvidia card (gtx 460 se) act so strange, first i have dual monitor acer (vga) and viewsonic (dvi), i want to change my first monitor in viewsonic but always return in acer how can i do it? and i have no graphic acceleration i want to enable but always fail this is my xorg.conf:

    please help me how to enable 3d acceleration and viewsonic monitor as first monitor or principle monitor, thank's for your help

    The easiest way I know is to start up the NVIDIA X Server Settings utility.
    It will allow for setting the configuration you are after.

    Although, I found 1 little niggle when hooking up a second monitor to my laptop, even when I specify the laptops' screen as primary the task bar will still end op on the external monitor.
    But by hitting 'Apply' a second time all gets as wanted.

      thank's for advice, alredy fix now. just go to nvidia setting in x display configuration choose twinview and from that i can change monitor primary
